For bundle-based services, 2–4 bundles may be required depending on your desired length (hair not included). A $25 fee applies per bundle exceeding 3. Please arrive with clean, completely dry, product-free extensions. Unprepared hair incurs a $55 preparation fee. Amazon hair is not accepted. Upgrade to a Sew-in for an additional $50.     Cancellation Policy

    CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY

    • I do not service extreme tender-headed clients.

    • All deposits must be paid before any appointment confirmation is provided.

    • Final payments are accepted via cash or Apple Pay.

    • All deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    • There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges for sanitary purposes.

    • In the event of inclement weather, you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment.

    • Clients are allowed one reschedule using the same deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

    • No-show clients will not be permitted to book future appointments.
