CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY

• I do not service extreme tender-headed clients.

• All deposits must be paid before any appointment confirmation is provided.

• Final payments are accepted via cash or Apple Pay.

• All deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges for sanitary purposes.

• In the event of inclement weather, you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment.

• Clients are allowed one reschedule using the same deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

• No-show clients will not be permitted to book future appointments.

• By booking an appointment, clients consent to photos being taken of their hair for portfolio and promotional purposes.

• Clients may request to cover their face, have their face blurred, or have their face digitally concealed in any photos shared.
